What is the maximum thickness of materials the machine can cut?

We have different types of pumps with different pressures and flows to meet the needs of cutting different materials and thicknesses, usually 1-300mm.

Cutting accuracy: ±0.1mm
Re-position accuracy: 0.025mm

What is the average cutting speed for materials such as marble and granite?

The speed will vary depending on the type of pump used and the thickness of the material. If we choose a 60k psi pump and the thickness of the marble is 10mm, the cutting speed will be about 1200-1400mm/min. (The higher the pump pressure, the faster the cutting speed)

Does the machine allow continuous cutting or do you need frequent breaks?

Does the machine have integration with CNC software or another design system?

Yes, the machine requires a CNC control system and we include it.

Is it possible to create projects directly in the machine's software?

Simple graphics can be created in the machine's software, while complex ones need to be created using CAD and then imported into the software.

What is the water and abrasive consumption per hour of operation?

Here we list the items for your reference: 
1- Electricity: 30KW/h, cost depends on how many hours' work.
2- Abrasive: 15-20KG/h, same as above. We will tell you our abrasive supplier, they will sell you directly, so it can save your cost, we always.
3- Water: Very less cost per hour.

What are the costs and frequency of maintenance?

Consumables: $1.49/h, Including: Nozze(Life 100-150hours), Orifice(Life 60-80hours), Vave Seat and Valve Poppet life according to switch times of on/off valve.

What is the expected useful life of the machine?

Usually more than 20 years

Do you offer warranty and local technical support?

The warranty for the main parts of the machine is 1 year.
There is no localized service at the moment in you country. We can provide technical services through online or video calls, manuals, video materials, etc. Many customers install and maintain the equipment in this way.

What is the power consumption of the machine and the voltage required?

The total power of the machine is about 40kw.
The default voltage of Chinese mechanical equipment is 380V. If your country is different from ours, you only need to add a transformer.

Does the provider offer training for operators?

Our machine is assembled and tested before leaving the factory. You only need to connect the power supply, air supply and water supply to start the   machine.
And our CNC control system is very easy to operate, and we can provide free online training.
And we can go for on-site service. And In some countries, we have staffs, which makes communication, installation and after-sales very convenient.
