Which customers need these services?

1. Waterjet cutting equipment users whose machines are old and require upgrades.

Here's a case study: A Moroccan metal processing customer's machine had been in use for 7 years. The intensifier components were severely worn, so replacing them with a completely new intensifier assembly was the better option, extending its lifespan and reducing maintenance and replacement frequency.

In this case, you can choose to replace it with an intensifier exactly the same as your existing one, or you can replace it with a more advanced intensifier. Replacing it with the same one is simple; you can just install it directly. Replacing it with a more advanced one involves some modifications, but this is not a problem for our company at all. We are happy to provide assistance, and we will discuss this situation in the second case study below.

2. This is still a waterjet cutting equipment user, but the situation differs from the previous one. These users have purchased and are using non-international standard high-pressure pumps. Some manufacturers design their own intensifiers, while others modify international standard intensifiers, making it difficult for users to find suitable parts on the market. These parts are either very expensive or have very long waiting times, impacting production and user experience. Therefore, they urgently want to replace their intensifiers with the common international standard type. (See image below.)

3. The third situation involves waterjet cutting equipment users, similar to the second situation, but also different. These users purchased their equipment a long time ago, and the equipment at that time had a very complex structure. For example, the high-pressure pump shown below has a very complex intensifier structure with many small parts, resulting in relatively high labor and financial costs for maintenance, delaying production. Therefore, these users also urgently need to replace their intensifiers with more convenient, labor-saving, and cost-effective ones. As shown below, this customer's intensifier's structure and installation dimensions differed from our company's intensifier. After verifying some details and dimensions with the customer, we successfully delivered the new intensifier component and successfully assembled and used it.

4. Some equipment manufacturing companies have experienced engineers and technicians who understand mechanical equipment and can assemble some equipment themselves, such as waterjet cutting equipment, laser cutting equipment, plasma cutting equipment, etc. In the following case, two customers from European countries are listed: one from Turkey purchased our intensifier to assemble a waterjet high-pressure pump for resale.

The other customer is from the UK; he purchased our intensifier to assemble a high-pressure pump, typically for use with his own self-developed and designed food cutting equipment.
