Maintenance
and Support:

How often does the system require maintenance?

Under normal use.
The robot needs maintenance once a year, usually lubricant change.
Waterjet parts: The cutting head and the HP pump have some wearing parts that have corresponding replacement frequency. 3 months, 6 months, 1 year or longer, we will provide training and corresponding literature.

Do you provide training for operation and maintenance?

Yes, of course, we must ensure you learn to use our equipment

Is remote technical support available?

Yes

Sure, this is the advantage of robotic waterjet cutting

What is the maximum size of parts it can handle?

Any size is possible and can be customized according to customer needs. Currently, the longest material we have cut is 12 meters (bus luggage rack cutting).
