1. Laser height measuring system

The laser sensor scanning height test is measured in mode contactless before cutting, i.e. the height test of sweep is calculated before loading the road file at knife. Subsequently, the height of the cutting head is automatically adjusted during the treatment process to keep the cutting nozzle away from the top surface of the material of the workpiece to ensure cutting accuracy.

The non-contact method will not cause deformation of the material, will not scratch the surface of the material, the rules of Surface leveling and uneven surface materials are applicable.

2. Loading and unloading lifting system

The lightweight loading and unloading system does not add burden to the equipment and can easily load and unload materials weighing one ton.
