WW4020 WATERJET CUTTING MACHINE

1. Integrated load-bearing water tank frame with an internal water tank, increasing weighing stability by 30%, far exceeding the stability of a single-layer sheet metal structure.
2. Stainless steel protection is used for the water tank exterior and the platform's outer edge, protecting the loading and unloading equipment from wear and tear.

1. Utilizing an oil-immersion structure, the lead screw and slider are constantly submerged in lubricating oil, ensuring cleanliness and lubrication of the ball screw and linear guide at all times during machine operation, increasing their service life by 15 times.
2. Employing thickened ball screws and larger guide rails eliminates vibrations during operation, ensuring accuracy and transmission stability even at high speeds.
3. Using Weihong motors and Weihong waterjet cutting systems offers better compatibility, and motor parameters can be set internally within the waterjet cutting system.
