Robot Waterjet Cutting Granite and Metal

Customer needs: Cutting granite and metal, the material thickness is 15mm-120mm, requiring a 4000mm*2000mm worktable, and working with a robot waterjet cutting machine.

We know that there are two commonly used equipment in the field of water jet cutting：

One is the 2D waterjet cutting machine, and the other is the 3D robotic waterjet cutting machine.

Large-scale stone product processing usually chooses robotic automation solutions, which are more flexible in cutting, can achieve more cutting styles, and are more efficient.

Now according to customer needs, we have customized the following solution for the customer.

Robot arm: IRB 6650S, one robot of this model can meet the customer's material cutting needs, because the robot's arm span is large enough. It can be used for water jet cutting and can also be used for handling purposes. If the IRB 2400-type robot is used, two robots are needed to achieve this cutting range.

Waterjet high pressure pump: Win-Win has various intensifier pumps for customers to choose from, such as,

High-end: 60K SL-VI 50HP

Dual intensifier linkage: WW60JET
