How to remove the plastic coating from the Internal pipe or external pipe?

We can see in the video above that Win-Win is using a 100K psi high pressure waterjet pump with our customized nozzle gun to clean the coating of the internal pipe, and we can see that it works well.

Tube-Kote IPC with TK-900 coating is a very strong and thick coating that is very difficult to remove with normal 20,000 and 40,000 psi high pressure waterjet pumps and is very time consuming and labor intensive.

By using our 100k psi pumps to remove this coating, the efficiency can be increased by 100-200% and the removal results are very good.

So what are the advantages of our 100K psi pump?

1. High working pressure, normal working pressure can reach 80K psi.

2. Single or double intensifier configuration can be selected, two intensifiers can be linked to work, or alternate work. Dual intensifiers provide more power and flowrate.
