For example, damage to the cooling plate in the high-pressure pump, damage to the intensifier assembly, etc., so be sure to pay attention to the use of lubricants.

The screw groove of the cutting table uses ordinary lubricants, No. 32 ordinary lubricants.

3. What are the precautions for water jet cutting machines during maintenance? About the use of grease and special tools.

3.1 When replacing some waterjet parts during maintenance of water jet cutting machines, corresponding grease must be used. For example, pure goop must be applied when replacing rubber seals such as on/off valve seals and unloading valve seals, otherwise it may cause jamming.
